Original Text This pair of chrome cantilever chairs from Häggström comes in excellent condition. The frames made of solid chrome tubes are in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. The brown/beige mottled velor fabric shows almost no wear and tear, and the thick cushions offer good seating comfort. The upholstery has a brown canvas covering which has a small area of damage in the back of an armchair. The Swedish designer Johan Bertil Häggstöm designed these armchairs in the 70s. The German furniture manufacturer Herlag made them, among others. After working for several manufacturers, Häggstöm set up his own studio. Classic design from the late 60s/early 70s.
