Danish Safari Directors Chair by Mogens Koch for Interna, 1960

High quality build folding safari chair from around the 1960s.
These rare to find chairs were designed by danish architect Mogens Koch for the manufacturer Interna, these chairs set the standard for comfort, elegance and usability.
The frame is made out of solid beech wood, paired with creme colored linen canvas for the seating as well as beautiful elements out of solid brass and leather.

As pictured, the chairs shows minor signs of use and I suspect, that the canvas was renewed during the years. The overall condition nevertheless still is very fine.
The leather armrests show sings of use like little scratches and discoloration, as well as the textile shows some mild discoloration. Underneath the brass rings, the wood shows sings of use.
